泉羽實驗室

泉羽實驗室是我們專門成立的研究與發展部門，孫凱旋先生領導，通過他們的獨立研究，來不斷拓展我們對城市、空間和用戶的理解與認識。這是一個綜合了多學科的團隊，包括城市規劃師、城市設計師和社會學家，他們所領銜主持下地泉羽實驗室從事大量當代建筑的相關研究。泉羽實驗室長期從事城市與社會經濟的發展、當代都市生活方式、創意工作空間、綠色建筑、建筑質量及中國工業發展等諸多專業課題的研究。

泉羽實驗室提供了耳目一新的視野和不同凡響的觀點，這些新知撞擊出極富創意的方案，植入到項目的設計中去。泉羽實驗室對項目所在地與其周邊環境進行分析，從而為每一個項目提供創新型設計策略與方向支持。我們同時也提供全套的項目定位服務，包括綜合分析，市場調研，目標、受眾人群、功能、項目策略等諸多方面的定義。
