泉羽實(shí)驗(yàn)室

泉羽實(shí)驗(yàn)室是我們專門成立的研究與發(fā)展部門，孫凱旋先生領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，通過他們的獨(dú)立研究，來不斷拓展我們對城市、空間和用戶的理解與認(rèn)識(shí)。這是一個(gè)綜合了多學(xué)科的團(tuán)隊(duì)，包括城市規(guī)劃師、城市設(shè)計(jì)師和社會(huì)學(xué)家，他們所領(lǐng)銜主持下地泉羽實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事大量當(dāng)代建筑的相關(guān)研究。泉羽實(shí)驗(yàn)室長期從事城市與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、當(dāng)代都市生活方式、創(chuàng)意工作空間、綠色建筑、建筑質(zhì)量及中國工業(yè)發(fā)展等諸多專業(yè)課題的研究。

泉羽實(shí)驗(yàn)室提供了耳目一新的視野和不同凡響的觀點(diǎn)，這些新知撞擊出極富創(chuàng)意的方案，植入到項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)中去。泉羽實(shí)驗(yàn)室對項(xiàng)目所在地與其周邊環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析，從而為每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目提供創(chuàng)新型設(shè)計(jì)策略與方向支持。我們同時(shí)也提供全套的項(xiàng)目定位服務(wù)，包括綜合分析，市場調(diào)研，目標(biāo)、受眾人群、功能、項(xiàng)目策略等諸多方面的定義。
